What is it?

Appl-o-Meter is an application that allows distance measurement on a surface by rolling iPhone.

How does it work?

First of all choose a unit of measurement on the start screen: inch, cm or apple.

Choose the right/left side or the center of the phone as the measurement reference point.

Hold the phone still and tap the Start button.

When the measurement screen appears, carefully roll iPhone along the measured line. The blue indicator in the corner shows the distance to the projection of the corner on the measured surface.

When the measurement is finished, tap the button or move the tick on the bar to the point you need. Then enter the measurement name and save the result in the dialog box.

This button at the top of the screen allows to return to initial screen if you would like to restart without saving.

By pressing the “Results” button on the Start screen you can access the table with saved measurement results.
